How to be fit after 60

               Embracing the senior citizens is one of the aims of Wegener Pro Sanitate Foundation. We organized many activities for the senior citizens to help them to have physical activity, to have fun and to socialize. A big number of our senior citizens welcomed this project and they are very grateful for this opportunity.
                We have three different activities for the senior citizens. Every day we have pilates. We have four groups because it is a very big interest for this activity. The physical activity is very important for every age and we are happy that we can motivate our senior citizens to join our activities and to enjoy in them.
                Another activity that is very welcomed with our senior citizens are table games. We have different games like: logic games, strategy games, card games, chess and other table games. We have many volunteers who help manage this meeting. Every senior citizen has opportunity to choose the game that he is interested in. This afternoon are very lively and people have a lot of fun.
                Once a week we organize sport activity for all our senior citizens to be together and to do the activity together, because of the big number of our senior citizens that are interested in this sport activity we usually rent a gym.
                We organized tee party for our senior citizens to have opportunity to talk to them and to get better understanding for their needs and wishes. We all had a great time and we hope we will have more meetings like that.
